After working for education for 15 years today I start my new job in another sector. I am now the Multimedia Developer at a Registered Social Landlord, or Housing Association to say it another way. I share my new Office with 3 other people, all female, which is a bit different from my previous place. I'm now the minority! So far everything seems a bit daunting, but its just the change I hope.
